We deliver to all addresses in Mainland Singapore only.
Depending on when your orders are received & the availability, the delivery slots are as follows:

Order Received Earliest Delivery
Weekday before 4pm Next Working Day
Saturday before 1pm

Upon order, you will receive a call for order acceptance and time confirmation.

Home Delivery

Our delivery services are available daily, including weekends and public holidays.

With delivery fee $5 for purchase order amount $50 & above.

for purchase order amount $75 & above.

Small purchase can also enjoy great savings through self-collection of items.

Order Placement

Every customer is important to us. After placing orders, all Pan Seas E-shopping customers will receive a
call from Pan Seas sale crew for the delivery and item details during office hours within estimated period;

- 8 hours for week-day (Mon to Friday) order request.
- 48 hours for week-end (Saturday to Sunday) order request.
- 8 hours of next working day for public holidays order request.

The confirmation of receipt of order is subjected to items availability.


Payment is either by cash/cheque.
